Richard NG graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master of Social Sciences (Clinical Psychology) degree, previously worked in various government departments, non-government social welfare agencies, medical settings, and tertiary education institutes. Richard spent over thirty years in assessment and management of children and adolescents of different developmental conditions, as well as in educating parents on effective parenting skills and other related parenting issues.
