This aims to understand the level of intellectual functioning of children and adolescents, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and provide insights to help parents plan appropriate strategies to support their development. It also helps identify children and adolescents with intellectual disability, enabling parents to develop timely and suitable support and training to facilitate their growth and overall development.

Target: Children and adolescents aged 4 years to 16 years 11 months attending a local school

Service content:

1. Interview with parents before the assessment to understand the overall situation of the child or adolescent
2. Provide assessment services and clinical observations for the child or the adolescent.
3. Conduct another Interview with parents again to discuss findings and recommendations after the assessment report is completed
4. A written report in English
