The assessment aims to identify child and adolescent suspected of having Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, enabling parents to provide timely and appropriate treatment and training to them.

Target: Children aged 6 years to 16 years old attending a local primary school or secondary school

Service content:

1. Interview with parents before the assessment to understand the overall situation of the child or the adolescent
2. Provide assessment services (including the IQ Test) and clinical observation for the child or the adolescent
3. Conduct another interview with parents again to discuss findings and recommendations after the assessment report is completed
4. A written report in English
